Usually we grow the chocolates tress together with other tropical fruits like Durian ( local tropical fruit with tasty aromas), Mangosteen, bananas, Duku ( local tropical fruits) vanilla, even cloves Which are this fruit also needed for offering ( Balinese Culture ) to say thanks to the GOD. With mixing plantation with other local fruits make the Cacao Bali is really different taste with other cacao in the world. With unique taste that we have we want to introduce Balinese Cacao to the world . We committed to grow and processing only healthy wet bean with fermented process as our end product.
